Privacy Policy

Applicable law requires us to provide users who subscribe to our service a description of our information collection and sharing practices. This Statement of Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) specifically describes how we handle personally identifying information and biometric information, and applies to services provided by AccountLogic.

Information Collection and Use Use of Information

You license us to use the contact information (name, address, mobile phone number, and e-mail address), biometric information (including recognition of face geometry and fingerprints), and personal financial information (bank or financial institution accounts and routing numbers, passwords and PINs, and current and future bank or financial institution account balance and activity information) you share for the limited purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. To maximize the value of our services, we may request or collect information from you when you use our services or visit our websites. Whenever we ask for additional or optional information, we identify those fields appropriately so you may know what information is required to provide the requested service. This Privacy Policy describes the scope and purpose of our information collection practices, and the circumstances under which your information may be used or disclosed.

Service Enrollment and Usage

Our services will arise in conjunction with your application for and consummation of a loan or other service/product with one of our partner companies (a “Provider”).  We may use your mobile telephone number to send you SMS text messages to process our services, and your email address for that same purpose.  We may use your user name, password, account information, and biometric information to verify your identity and your account information, to protect against possible fraud, and to determine periodic account balance information.  We may ask you to provide us a unique identifier in order to identify you in case you forget your password. We will use your e-mail address and/or mobile telephone number as our primary sources of contact with you regarding our service. In the event you receive AccountLogic newsletters you no longer wish to receive, you may unsubscribe to them by following the instructions provided in each e-mail newsletter.  We will not sell or share your personal information or contact information with any unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.  We collect your personal information and share it with the Provider of your choice in conjunction with the loan or other service/product you have sought from that company, and we understand that you have given express instruction for doing so.  We also may periodically review your bank or financial institution account information for the business purpose of reviewing an account between you and your Provider, and we understand you have given express instruction for doing so.  We may collect your biometric information to assist the Provider with identity verification, fraud prevention, and identity theft prevention.  We will collect, store, and use the biometric information until the earlier of three years after Your last interaction with AccountLogic or the Provider, or when the purpose for collecting the biometric information has been satisfied.

In order to provide you with technical and product support, we ask for your name and e-mail address. We may use your contact information to contact you regarding service updates or specific support questions. We may also contact you for additional opportunities to provide feedback on our products and services, unless you request not to receive such communications. Access to Your Information

AccountLogic shares your personally identifying information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, or as you have otherwise agreed. The information you provide us will be shared only under certain circumstances. These include:

With Our Approved Partners

We will provide to the Provider of your choice such personal information as may be necessary to effectuate the loan or other service/product for which you have applied.  That personal information may include your name, email address, telephone number, bank or financial institution account information, bank or financial institution account balance information, and the results of our identity verification, fraud prevention, and identity theft prevention analyses.

With Service Providers

In some cases, we will employ or work with service providers such as security consultants, temporary workers, third-party software developers, or outsourcers to complete a business process or provide a service on our behalf. We may use service providers to deliver products or to send e-mails or text messages on our behalf. While this may require that we share some information, we will share only information the service provider must have to perform the requested services. For example, a service provider who delivers products on our behalf would need to have a delivery address, but not financial information. These service providers are strictly prohibited by contract from using your information for any purpose other than to act on our behalf.

In some cases we may be required to disclose certain information to comply with the law, an investigation, or a legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
